Peter H. Kamin – Chairman of the Board

Peter H. Kamin is the founder and Managing Partner of 3K Limited Partnership. For the 11 years preceding the formation of 3K, Mr. Kamin was a founding member and Managing Partner of ValueAct Capital. ValueAct grew into a leading investment management organization during Peter’s tenure. Prior to founding ValueAct Capital in 2000, Mr. Kamin founded and managed Peak Investment L.P. Peak was a limited partnership, organized to make investments in a select number of domestic public and private companies.

Mr. Kamin is presently a Director of Tile Shop Holdings, MAM Software Limited, and several privately held companies. Mr. Kamin has previously served as a Director of a number of public and private companies.

Mr. Kamin holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Harvard’s Graduate School of Business and is a trustee of Tufts University.

Larry Rychlak – Board Member

Larry has been the Company’s CEO since November 2014 and as such is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of Rand Worldwide and its subsidiaries. Over the years that Larry has spent with the Company, he has served in several roles including President and Chief Financial Officer. With over 40 years of operational and financial experience, Larry has amassed a track record of leading growth, both organically and through numerous acquisitions, improving operating efficiencies, maximizing financial performance, strengthening the Company’s financial position and streamlining operations. His background includes several senior management positions in both private and publicly-held organizations, business consulting experience, and as a senior manager with an international accounting and consulting firm.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. and a M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland.

Philip Livingston – Board Member

Mr. Livingston served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Ambassadors Group, Inc., a provider of educational travel experiences and online education research materials, from May 2014 to October 2015. Prior to joining Ambassadors Group, Mr. Livingston was Chief Executive Officer of LexisNexis Web Based Marketing Solutions until October 2013. He joined LexisNexis in April 2009 as Senior Vice President of Practice Management and served in executive management positions from April 2009 to October 2013. Mr. Livingston has, in the past, served as Chief Financial Officer for Celestial Seasonings, Inc., Catalina Marketing Corporation and World Wrestling Entertainment.

From 1999 to 2003 he served as President of Financial Executives International, the leading professional association of chief financial officers and controllers. In that role he led the organization’s support of regulatory and corporate governance reforms culminating in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. In the past, he has served on numerous public and private company boards including Broadsoft Corporation, Insurance Auto Auction, Cott Corporation, MSC Software and Seitel Inc.

Mr. Livingston earned a BA in Business Management, BS in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Member of the AICPA.

Jack L. Brozman – Board Member

Mr. Brozman possesses over 35 years of business experience with over 25 years in Corporate President, Chairman of the Board & CEO leadership positions. He joined Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. in June 1991 and served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Concorde for 16 years. Prior to joining Concorde, Mr. Brozman served as Chairman of the Board, President, CEO and Treasurer of La Petite Academy, Inc., a $300 million national education company. His career also includes owning and significantly growing a chain of music stores and a video distribution company which he founded while attending college.

Mr. Brozman is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Community First Bank in Kansas and is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Horizons Holding Company. Mr. Brozman has previously served as both a member and Chairman of several Boards including Lawrence Bank, First State Bank of Kansas City, Kansas, CenCor, Inc. and Sound Disk-Tributors, Inc.

Mr. Brozman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
